Planning your visit to Park City Music Hall? You’re in the right place. Check out the answers to our most common questions below.

What are your hours of operation/Box Office hours? 

We have performances six nights a week (Tues-Sun). The Box Office will open at doors on ticketed show nights. Please check the website for door and show times.

The Box Office is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm-5pm for ticket purchases. You can purchase tickets without fees during these hours. Stop by in person or call us at (203) 335 3655.

 

Where can I purchase tickets for events at PCMH?

The easiest way to purchase tickets to our events is to head to our website  www.parkcitymusichall.com/calendar. You can also purchase tickets without fees during our Box Office hours on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm-5pm. 

 

How do I find my ticket?

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, check your inbox for an email from VenuePilot with “Your ticket confirmation” in the subject line. Your ticket will be in a PDF attached to the email. If you are unable to find the confirmation email, please check your spam folder before reaching out to the Box Office.

If you did not provide an email address or you’re unable to locate it, you may use your ID at the door the day of the event. The name of the ticket holder must match the name on the ID. 

 

Can my ticket be scanned from my cellphone?

Any pre-purchased tickets can be scanned directly from your cellphone once doors are open. We recommend you have the barcode ready and your cellphone brightness turned up to maximum when in line to scan your ticket. You can also check in using your ID. The name of the ticket holder must match the name on the ID. 

 

What is your refund policy? 

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled, postponed, or other special circumstances are announced. In these instances, refunds will be available at point of purchase.

 

Is PCMH an All Ages venue? What type of ID do I need to attend an event?

Most of our events are 21+, however we do host both 21+ and All Ages events. Keep an eye on the event description where this information will be listed. For ticketed events, all patrons will be required to show a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID. 

 

Is the venue ADA accessible? How do I request ADA seating for an event?

PCMH is a fully ADA compliant venue. For ADA seating requests and/or questions, please contact eric@parkcitymusichall.com

 

Is there seating in the venue?

We currently have very limited seating for the majority of ticketed events, as we are primarily a standing room venue. All seating is first come, first served. We recommend that if any ADA seating is required, ticket holders should reach out to us at eric@parkcitymusichall.com to request ADA seating for events. Once again all seating is limited and first come, first served. 

FOR SEATED EVENTS: From time to time, you’ll see we have seated events offered to the public. All ticket holders for seated events will be ensured a seat with their purchased tickets. These events are GENERAL ADMISSION seating, so the location of ticket holder seats is on a first come, first served basis. All ticket holders for SEATED ticketed events will be guaranteed a seat with a clear line of sight of the Stage/Performer/Artist.

 

Is there food available at the venue? 

Park City Music Hall has a full bar and kitchen available on-site serving craft cocktails, delicious bites and more! Come hungry! The kitchen opens at doors and remains open until you see the “Kitchen Open” light go off.

 

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes! Park City has a top of the line tap system serving a rotating cast of craft beers, both local and national. We also serve spirits and have a great list of whiskeys, vodkas, gins, tequilas, and wine.

 

How do I get to PCMH?

Via Car/Bus/Motorcycle/Unicycle/E-Bike: We are located at 2926 Fairfield Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06605, conveniently located off Interstate I95 Exit 25 (Fairfield Ave) when traveling Southbound. Take a left off the exit, and in approximately 1 mile the venue will be on the right. 

When traveling Northbound on Interstate I95, take Exit 23 for US-1 towards Kings Hwy. Turn right onto Grasmere, turn left onto Fairfield Ave, the venue will be on the left in about a half mile.

Via Train (Metro North): Get off at the Fairfield/Black Rock station.

Where do I park? 

There is a free parking lot available behind the venue on a first come, first served basis. The driveway for the venue parking lot is located in between our neighbors’ Tautog Tavern and Varsity Barbershop. Limited street parking is also available in addition to a municipal lot across the street.

 

What CAN’T I bring to the venue? Are backpacks allowed?

  • Weapons, knives, and firearms of any kind
  • Illegal Drugs and substances
  • Bags, backpacks and containers larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Outside food or drinks. We will accept an EMPTY refillable water bottle or SEALED water bottle
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional photography gear, recording devices, drones and selfie sticks
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, or bicycles
  • Animals not authorized under the Americans With Disabilities Act or State and local laws
  • Unauthorized solicitation of any kind
  • Any Items deemed to be dangerous (including fireworks)
  • Fliers, stickers and posters of any kind not authorized by the artist and venue
  • Glass items in any form
  • Totems, flags, and flagpoles
  • Paint of any kind, including paint markers and spray paint
  • Aerosol cans of any kind, regardless of content

All bags/purses etc. will be subject to search. There is currently no bag/coat check at the venue, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen bags or valuables. 

 

Am I subject to search upon entry?

All ticketed patrons with bags, backpacks, and purses will be subject to a brief bag check before entering the venue. 

 

Do you have a coat check on site?

We currently do not have a coat check on site. All coats, bags, and purses are the responsibility of the ticket holder. We do have a limited number of coat hooks for patrons located below the bar and along the wall in the music hall. These hooks are first come, first served, and are of limited availability.

 

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio recording?

We do not allow any professional photography, video, or audio recording equipment of any kind unless previously authorized by the venue and Artist. Please note that any photo/video/audio equipment withheld from entry at the box office CANNOT be stored at the venue for any reason. Please be prepared to return these items to your vehicle or a space located off the venue property.

 

Can I smoke in the venue?

We do not allow smoking of any kind. No tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or smoking of any type or substance will be tolerated at any time within the venue.

 

Are service animals allowed in the venue?

The only animals allowed in the venue for ticketed events are those deemed Authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act, or those Authorized under any State or Local laws.

 

Can I make a reservation for dinner?

At this time we are not accepting reservations. All seating/tables are first come, first served.

 

Can I rent the space for a private event?

Absolutely! Park City Music Hall is available to host your birthday, wedding, mitzvah and more. Please reach out to our private events coordinator at events@parkcitymusichall.com to find out more.
